Buying a Mask

After you have picked the mask you want to buy,  (Mask Gallery)  Contact us via email @ krampusmasks@gmail.com. Due to a language barrier we recommend you contact us beforehand so you will have the necessary info needed to email Christian to make your Krampus mask. We have a translator! Christian is extremely busy and anything we can do to provide the necessary information to him before carving/ordering a Krampus mask will make the process easier and flow more smoothly. Once you provide the necessary information, we will put you in touch with Christian and your Krampus Mask will begin to be made! There are also already made masks available for purchase but you need to know your head measurements to see if they fit!

2. Whether you are buying a custom fit Krampus mask or buying one that is for sale, the first thing you need to do is measure the diameter of your head (in cm) using a measuring tape. You will also need to take a side and front profile pic of your head profile. You can also order an oversized Krampus mask as well! – (if many people with different head sizes are wearing the mask,- leather and/or foam can be used to make a secure fit on an oversized mask that is made to order).
3. After you have decided which Krampus mask model you want, an initial deposit to Christian Eberharter needs to be made via paypal. The process from deposit to Krampus mask completion can be up to three months or more (depending on the workload). It took us 3 months to receive our first custom made Krampus mask. And order early!  If you want to have a Krampus mask for Christmas- placing your order by March is recommended (June at the latest). Krampus maskmakers start planning for Krampus events in January!
4. While waiting for your Krampus mask to be made, we will help you find a Customs agent! A Customs agent secures the delivery of your Krampus mask and ensures it will not get held up at the border! It is an additional cost, but worth it for your piece of mind and on time delivery. Custom Agents are recommended but are not necessary.
5. When your Krampus mask is complete, a picture will be sent to you. You will then send the remaining balance to Christian and within three weeks you will receive an authentic custom fit Krampus Mask that you will be 100% satisfied with!  (contact us krampusmasks@gmail.com for important delivery info to ensure extra fees are not charged to you at customs and all the necessary info is provided for an efficient and secure delivery.
6. At Christmas you will wear your Krampus mask and terrify spoiled brats!
